Recruitment Officer - 6 months Temp Contract - RAKBANK

We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to assist the Recruitment team in building a pipeline of active candidates and support in recruitment assignments whilst ensuring adherence to Bank’s policies, ethics and code of conduct.



Accountabilities:

• Carry out all recruitment tasks, ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.

• Receive job specs and liaise with Sr. Recruitment Officers / Hiring Managers to ensure good understanding of the business need for each open position.

• Network and advertise to potential candidates and actively resource suitable candidates.

• Review applicants in career portal and evaluate if they meet any position requirements.

• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews and provide prompt feedback to the candidates on their candidature.

• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

• Be proactive in a wide range of customer enquiries and issues, resolving these or escalating as appropriate.

• Develop and maintain new and existing relationships with other departments to support their Recruitment needs.

• Contribute to the delivery of planned projects as directed by management to achieve targeted business objectives.
