As the Sales Manager, you will manage solar (renewable) energy sales in UAE. You will work alongside EBR Energy's existing sales force to expand the footprint of companies products and services. You will use your superior sales insights and strategic skills to develop differentiating custom solutions for prospective clients. You will develop opportunity pipeline and close deals using your exceptional business acumen, sales management and communication skills.
1. Generate and manage sales leads and pipeline for solar energy projects.
2. Generate and manage sales leads and pipeline for renewable energy products throughout the MENA regions (EBR holds several distribution agencies for various products in UAE).
3. Thoroughly study the various customer segments (residential, commercial, and government) to pinpoint opportunities.
4. Conduct secondary and primary research to identify areas of interest in renewable energy opportunities in UAE, GCC and MENA markets.
5. Effectively Identify/qualify viable sales opportunities in UAE by making sound business judgments based on market facts and customer needs.
6. Evaluate customer savings propositions by analyzing energy data and utility rates
7. Prepare client presentations and proposals, including analytics and communication
8. Work with EBR's Technical and Finance staff to assess economic viability of project proposals and propose ways to increase project revenue streams or reduce costs
9. Assist in the collection, coordination, and preparation of communication and documentation, including customer contracts and utility applications
10. This position has a base salary plus a sales comission compensation plan.
