The Senior HR Officer is responsible for implementation and supervision of the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, learning and development, Compensation & Benefit with direct reporting to the Corporate HR Manager.
•Supervises, develops and implements HR policies and procedures within the Group.
•Directs the development of job descriptions.
•Handling the recruitment process
•Ensures that the induction/orientation of new recruits is completed.
•Works with the HR Manager to select staff for promotion, change of job assignments or transfers and termination.
•Coaches and supervises Admin/HR team members.
•Works with supervisors, universities, Job fairs and recruitment agencies to process requests for recruitment
•Learning & Development process & initiatives
•Implementation & Supervision of Compensation & Benefit.
•Supports the International mobility of the personnel.
•Coordinates with Branches administrators regarding recruitment and reports.
Communications and Working Relationships
•Coordinate and cooperate with colleagues and other departments.
•Implement the instructions of superiors.
•Avoid and prevent disputes & tense relations with other parties.
•Ability to motivate team members.
