Senior Trainer - Sharaf Retail Division

The candidate should be able to Develop, plan, organise and deliver end-to-end training programs for the sales and back-office staff of retail luxury brands, making sure training is cost-effective within budget and time limits.



Meeting with operations managers and staff based in the Middle East and Far East to assess training needs and priorities, drawing up a overall training plans, producing training materials, defining evaluation criteria and conducting assessments, delivering training sessions, coordinating trainers and training providers, reporting on effectiveness and impact of training activities on ROI.



Other responsibilities include:



•Identifying training and development needs within the organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and the human resources department;

•Collecting and analyzing data on shops and staff performance and meeting with operations managers and staff based in the Middle East and Far East to understand local training requirements and priorities

•Working with managers to conduct a detailed training and learning needs analysis within their area in the short, medium and long term

•Drawing up an overall training plan, recommending delivery methods and channels with the higher relevance for business effectiveness and costs effectiveness

•Designing training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs

•Looking for ways to continually improve organisation’s learning and talent development activities

•Keeping abreast of local and international legislative changes that may impact learning and talent development.

•Delivering a range of training activities, including face-to-face training, e-learning learning, experiential learning, coaching and mentoring, that relevant to the learning styles of diverse groups

•Facilitating internal learning events and workshops, delivering content as appropriate.

•Producing and distributing training materials

•Managing delegate lists, joining instructions and evaluation process

•Updating training training records and keep all relevant documentation

•Implementing systems and processes that measure effectiveness of training activities as well as long-term impact on shops and staff performance
