- Ensure the strategy of the Field Ops Sector is cascaded for his section and adheres to policies and procedures for the section to drive the achievement of the desired objectives.
- Assist in the development of proposals by ensuring that all relevant operational aspects and customer needs are captured to meet the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and all important operational issues are covered.
- Participate in acceptance testing and ensure that solution meets the customer requirements as per SLA and ensure the completeness and integrity of all documents relevant for the operation process during the handover phase.
- Conduct regular service/operational review meetings with the customers and ensures that all operational issues are resolved by acting as a technical advisor/technical interface for the customer provides customers with all required technical reports.
- Ensure resolution of escalated trouble tickets is accelerated, and identify the root causes for repeated failures and lead the development and implementations of permanent solutions to avoid such issues in future.
Qualifications and Education:
- Degree in Engineering or Management of Information Systems is preferable
- 5 years of experience in the field operations and Telecom
