- Develop detailed understanding of assigned business areas (Production Management, Materials management, ...) and identify opportunities for new or enhanced uses of information technology.
- Analyze data contain in corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions accordingly.
- Participate in enterprise application implementation projects and ensure delivery of assigned tasks on-time.
- Collaborate system work with process leaders and analyst to ensure proper utilization of system.
- Ensure enhancement to systems are delivered on time and to the right quality without any disruption.
- Correct errors by making appropriate changes and ensure the desired results are produced.
- Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
- Resolve application functionality related issues by providing support and troubleshoot of ERP system.
- Provide support and training to system users.
