Reporting to the Manager of Network Infrastructure the User Services Analyst duties will include providing hardware and software technical support, including telephones and their related systems to the employees in our Saudi Arabia office. This position will also include prioritization of support requests, collaborating with existing Information Technology staff, and the identification and utilization of appropriate escalation paths via our ticketing system.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing hands-on or vendor-supplied repair of components;
• Performing diagnostic tests to isolate sub-optimal system performance and failing equipment components;
• Systems installation/testing - performing installation and operational verification of new systems/facilities;
• Maintaining proactive equipment inventory and preventive maintenance schedules

• Cross-training in other technical systems functions as necessary, and as directed by Manager of Network Infrastructure;
• Gaining a full understanding of and adherence to applicable licensing policies, procedures, and vendor/provincial or federal regulations; and Providing leadership toward additional value-added activities and supporting operational and departmental excellence, while fostering teamwork between all functions.
