Our client is one of the regions established and significant regional investment banking, asset management, PE and broking businesses with a strong track record of success, an established client base and a strong network.
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious VP/Associate Director who will lead the small UAE team reporting into to the MD Investment Banking based elsewhere in the region.
The role will be the key point of contact for UAE based clients, and will be responsible for originating new assignments alongside the regional MD and local shareholders and partners. They will also manage the execution of assignments throuigh their team of associates and analysts.
Deals are likely to be mid to large cap, largely M&A with some ECM and sector generalist, though a strength in educaiton, healthcare, retail and real estate.
This individual is not only highly visible within the UAE office, but also regionally within the group and will take on significant repsonsibility as the de facto local head of the investment banking division, a key client facing contact and largely responsible for the quality and strength of deal execution as expected by a firm with a long and hard won legacy for discipline and investment banking excellence.
