Architectural Sales Manager



• Currently seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to maintain and develop new leads, specifications on projects, business growth, and customer satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for specifying and following-up on the Guardian products with architects, consultants & contractors. This position will be based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.



• Develop and execute strategies & objectives that leverage the brand and product breadth with the architects, consultants & contractors.



• Monitor, track and report on results, reviewing progress with stakeholders and adjust activities as appropriate.



• Accurately and effectively utilize customer management and sales reporting tools.



• Assess and cultivate rewarding business relationships with thosewho are conducive to the Guardian RAK’s product portfolio.



• Participate in organizations and industry events as deemed appropriate.



• Identify and effectively communicate products, services and tools necessary to grow market share.



• Establish credibility and respect with targeted customers by conducting business consistent with Guardian’s Vision, Values and Strategies.



• Analyze market trends and develop territory action plans while continuously becoming educated about the competition.
