ACK is seeking experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join its growing Corporate Training department. The position will be responsible for the management and motivation of the business development teams of ACK Corporate Training. The position is ranked at a senior level and requires the management of human, financial and physical resources and representation of ACK CT. The successful candidate should be responsible to the Senior Director CT for the effectiveness and efficiency of ACK’s marketing and business development functions, and for meeting key performance objectives in terms of strategic direction. Direct line management of Business Development and Administrative staff (6). The position works under broad direction from the Senior Director CT and is expected to exercise sound judgment, considerable initiative and discretion in achieving outcomes. The occupant is required to operate with a significant degree of autonomy in day to day activities.
