Business Development Manager (Cosmetics)-WEBCOR DMCC - Incoserv SAL (Offshore)

1.Manage commercial and supplier aspects of product development and sourcing projects.



2.Work on conducting general market research as well as research potential suppliers, product specifications and resources.



3.Conduct supplier analysis, evaluate potential suppliers, and manage the overall supplier qualification process



4.Develop and create sourcing plans, requests for proposal, and other sourcing documents, evaluate and recommend purchasing and sourcing decision to management.



5.Manage the sampling and product approval process for the project.



6.Plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.



7.Manage new product launching, consulting and the product approval processes.



8.Negotiate agreements and agreement related duties.



9.Identify and cultivate new business relationships related to products and product development services.



10.Frequent travels to Africa



11.Report to management
