Based in Dubai, reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing a clear framework to measure and enhance the business performance, coverage, manpower capability and infrastructural capability of current distributors. In addition, you will also be responsible for evaluating new potential distributors in the assigned region and appointing those who best fulfill the outlined criteria to become successful business partners for the company.
