Contracts expert - Menasa And Partners

A government company based in Dubai is looking for a Contracts expert to join their Procurement department.



Key results accountabilities



-provide professional inputs and advice on pre & post contractual issues, legal matters and legislation



-carry out the assignments pertaining to arbitration



-draw, modify and review contracts in line with FIDIC standards



-lead procurement arbitration teams



-audit the submissions prepared by external claims consultant



-audit the legal submissions to be made to legal consultants and counsels



-draw up development plan for supervising and coaching legal

specialist in accordance with International best practices



-conduct seminars and workshops, propose developments plans based on best international practices in contractual field



-lead the procurement department for standardizing contractual and legal documents
