Corporate Finance Manager- HQ - United Arab Shipping Company

Job Purpose:

- To discuss/negotiate with Financial Institutions on Financing terms, Structuring and Execution of Transaction. To monitor and manage the long-term liabilities of the company.



Responsibilities:

- Analysis of Cost Options for Financing of Projects

- Conduct financial feasibility studies and develop proposals for new project finance opportunities

- Preparing detailed Financial Model and analyse various financing options available for Debt and Equity Financing

- Prepare credit notes for lenders, address queries from credit committees of lenders

- Oversee Drafting and review of loan, security and project documents

- Oversee the preparation of required documents with financial institutions and equity investors

- Liaise and complete the administrative formalities vis-à-vis with counterparties

- Provide the legal framework for financing operations and guarantees (drafting, advisory support, conclusion of contracts and completion of all related legal formalities) and monitor them from a legal / regulatory viewpoint

- Manage and maintain internal controls and compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements associated with all project funds received

- Entire Post financing servicing of the lenders not limited to quarterly and semiannual UASC results analysis and updates, however, also includes UASC annual credit, financial and security covenants review

- Flag any potential covenant breach to VP-Project Finance and advise on possible remedies

- Review project plans to determine development time frames, funding limitations, project procedures and requirements
