Executive Secretary - Al Khorayef Group

• Responsible for the preparation of office works such printing and faxes sending faxes and answering phones and computer work.

• Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member

• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence

• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference

• Make preparations for Board and committee meetings.

• Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.

• Respond to public inquiries.

• Translation works.

• Type confidential documents on a word-processing system.

• Arrange automated system files and paperwork of the Office of the GM.

• Completes the Managers report, which requires input from all departments and is presented to the GM.

• Other duties as assigned.
