Finance Analyst - TQ Pearson

Reporting to the Finance Director - KSA, the Finance Analyst will work closely with other



members of the Finance and Operational Delivery teams to provide key support to the



business leaders.



Duties include but are not limited to:



1. Provide objective and analytical insight into business performance, highlighting areas



of risks and opportunities for the business



2. Co-ordinate with and support budget holders in maintaining accurate rolling



forecasts, and in the budgeting process



3. Monitor and report both leading & lagging financial and non-financial key



performance indicators across the business



4. Collection and collation of student numbers and attendance for all sites in Saudi



Arabia, and analysis of the effect on revenue



5. Analysis of student attrition trends, impact on course optimisation, and on required



teacher numbers



6. Analysis of staff utilisation, staff-student ratios, and the impact of Staff Visa runs



7. Support the Finance Director to produce and constantly improve the monthly



reporting pack.



8. Provide operational support and challenge to the business to help identify and



deliver operational efficiencies, and cost-reduction opportunities.



9. Support the Finance Director in production of Financial modelling for new business



activities
