Manage the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated MAF Healthcare (MAFHC) Financial Statements including all Operating Units (OU) and get audit clearance in accordance with the timetable.
Manage the books of accounts for MAFHC including day-to-day management of accounting issues through efficient coordination with various functions of MAF Group Entities e.g. Treasury, Legal, HR, Finance etc.
Manage the internal and external audit exercises and audit follow up processes for MAF HC and assist the OUs, through coordination with Finance Heads and auditors to ensure completion and resolution of outstanding audit concerns.
Oversee and review daily revenue flash reports received from the OUs and compare actual versus budget, forecast and prior year numbers and monitor variances and report the same to relevant personnel, as appropriate.
Prepare consolidated month-end operational results, financial trends and analysis for Senior management and monitor results for continued improvements
Analyze cash flow performance, KPIs of OUs on a regular basis and prepare reports to top management for informed decision making.
Maintain a sound knowledge in Healthcare industry key performance indicators (KPI) to assess the operating results of OUs to meet ownership perspectives
Liaise with Finance Heads of OUs to maintain cost effective capital expenditure plans, resolve MAF related financial and operational issues on timely manner, and maintain internal control procedures of the OUs as guided by the DOA and support their operations as needed.
Liaise with Finance Heads of OUs in preparation of annual budget and forecasts, month-end financial data and prepare consolidated data for submission to HC management and MAFV
Work closely with the CEO - HC and assist with all financial issues of the OUs on daily basis and manage the operational DOA between MAFHC and OUs, and MAFV.
Manage all development and construction related accounts, payment and financial issues of any existing or future project.
