Administrating server services
Administrating active directory: Creating User name & password, manage file access permissions for certain project personnel to certain files
Implementing and maintain group policies
Backup operations
BES, BDS operations.
Knowledge in windows OS environment, Antivirus/antimalware software’s, drivers installations.
Monitoring network performance, network devices for performance.
Implement new networks (Cabling+ Routers configurations, etc.)
Provide Desktop support for PCs, Laptops
Provide user support for organization applications and systems
Email configuration and backup
Provide first-level hardware support for all IT devices (printers, photocopiers, scanners, structure cabling, switches, routers, Blackberry…etc.) are in good working order and they are maintained and used properly
Coordination with all IT suppliers to ensure better service delivery.
