KITCHEN AND WARDROBE SALES MANAGER - Obegi Better Home

The Kitchen and wardrobe sales manager will promote and sell Obegi kitchen, wardrobe and wall systems products to the architect and designer community, hotels, real estate developers as well as to some end users.



Principal Job Duties:



-Establish and maintain regular, harmonious personal contacts with designers, architects, hotels and real estate developers to promote and sell the brands and products that OBH carries.

-Organize regular sales visits to existing and potential customers for sales presentations in their offices that inform about the brands and solutions offered.

-Receive potential end user and professional customers in the showroom for showing and selling Obegi solutions for kitchen and wardrobe needs.

-Write and send written communications to update customers and potential customers about new products and solutions and worldwide projects carried out by the brands.

-Develop, with the projects department, design solutions and quotations to present to clients. Advise customers on the best products and options to order.

-Study competition products and prices to better position and present our products and / or to complete our portfolio of products to better serve the market.

-Follow the press and publications on kitchens and wardrobes to make sure Obegi is present in advertising and editorials in key magazines.

-Organize events and training concerning Obegi products for potential customers in the design community in the showroom.

- Train to a minimum level of knowledge other sales staff at Obegi concerning kitchen, wardrobe and wall systems products so as to improve their ability to sell the products to customers in the showroom.

-Coordinate with the team for orders, payments and installation of confirmed projects.

-Continuously improve company relationships with suppliers and local vendors.

-Participate in maintaining and updating of the showroom design and layout for the kitchen and wardrobe section.

-Prepare monthly reports on sales calls, sales outlook, potential projects identified and status of quotes issued, marketing actions, competitors’ reactions, etc.
