Job Purpose:
- To maintain/update the Head Office/TMU/Clusters organizational structure, assistance in the annual budget preparation, monthly preparation/review of staff related costs, develop Management reports related to staff costs, advisory role in GHR related to cost containment for staff costs.
Responsibilities:
- Track vacancies and conduct analysis of departing & commencing staff to available positions
- Analysis of current manpower requirements across various departments
- Collect and verify manpower data, compile and highlight significant observations
- Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Manpower report to highlight the Headcounts & Monthly Salary costs department-wise; as well as act as a tracker to make sure that all departments are complying with the Annual Budget.
- Validation of staff costs as reported by Admin Accounts.
- Provide HR department related costs/expenses to section managers via Accounts System.
- Verify employee status change proposal and employment requisitions against approved vacancies, job requirements, budgets, etc.
- Develop and maintain Organizational charts for HQ, TMU and Clusters and update on Intranet.
- Coordinate with HRBP of TMUs & Clusters and keep track of head count & salaries
- Assist in preparation of the annual manpower budget process.
- Maintain/Update the manpower budget system details. Provide departments with information on structure, head counts, vacancies, etc.
