1. Enquire suppliers to provide details as per specification of each contract.
2. Check details and specification of material supplied to site.
3. Inform Plant Manager about the approved mix design of asphalt.
4. Prepare material submittal for submission.
5. Coordinate/ follow up with consultant lab staff for approval of work.
6. Prepare requirement and forward to Project Manager.
7. Receive advice from Project Manager about starting of work to act accordingly.
8. Receive information from site about work and advise Lab Technician to arrange for testing of work with Consultant.
9. Receive time sheet from lab technician, review and approve/reject.
10. Receive rejected time sheet and return to Lab Technician.
11. Receive material requisition, review and approve/reject.
12. Receive rejected material requisition and forward to the user.
13. Initiate new IMS document / procedure or revision to existing one.
14. Replace IMS documents master list, receive and update documents.
15. Receive Internal Audit Program.
16. Decide the proposed Corrective Action Request acceptable or not.
17. Propose Corrective Action in case of acceptance.
18. Give justification in case of rejection of the proposed corrective action request.
19. Follow up audit conduction.
20. Identify the need for training and evaluate training received for the employees in the section.
