Plant Manager - Lebanese Roasting Group - Castania Nuts

 Restructure and manage the overall plant operations in all Nuts, Coffee and Sweets factory including Production, Quality, Engineering and Planning

 Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital

 Establish and maintain a positive community relationship.

 Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping.

 Monitor employee performance reviews conducted by supervisors

 Schedule and conduct plant meetings

 Increase Plant efficiency and reduce waste

 Reduce customer complaints by working closely with Sales Manager

 Monitor ISO and HACCP implementation and raise quality standards

 Create and implementing preventative maintenance and safety programs

 Implement and manage process improvement
