What is Product Marketing at dubizzle
Product Marketing exists to bridge Product and Marketing. The vision is for a central leadership team, with ninjas based in every market that can create relevant, interesting and fun content that lives on the local products. And to amplify this content in any channel available - dazzling and converting those that take an interest.
Centrally in HQ, Product Marketing will be responsible for creating, managing and innovating content platforms that live on the product with Engineers and Designers, as well as an overall ownership and the execution of company wide CRM and social media platforms.
In local markets talented Product Marketing Managers and Creative Content Guru’s will think like publishers and hit targets like business leaders. Based on Product Developments and Brand Themes they will be writing, and creating content every day that is relevant to the people that live and breathe in their market and/or vertical, and managing the best way to spread the content they make through paid, earned and owned channels. Across the whole of dubizzle the content becomes the product, and hence the Product Marketing team ultimately become developers of the product.
Product Marketeers own the targets set by the GM’s - it becomes their responsibility for their country or vertical to hit that target, working tightly with the Product Manager to ensure the future growth of dubizzle.
