SALES ENGINEER - LUBRICANTS - Jaidah Group

• Responsible for generating business from the following segments - Oil & Gas, Government / Semi Government Companies, private / semi government companies.

• Meeting / exceeds the sales targets provided by the Supervisor - Industrial Lubricants department

• Maintenance of GP % or GP value provided by the Department Supervisor

• Visiting key account - government / semi government companies / massive private sector companies - for generating sales and making product awareness

• Visiting of procurement specialists to get the products to be included in their approved lubricants list.

• Giving technical presentation of the products to plant engineers/ procurement specialists

• Gathering information on the potential companies and of the contact persons and maintain it as a data base.

• Making of quotations & Tenders as per the request from the clients / companies

• Follow up on the submitted quotations / tenders till its awarding

• Ordering of the material & its follow up (in coordination with administrator - Logistics), if awarded

• Ensuring / securing the payment by negotiable instruments / by advance payments / by coordinating with FINCO for credit terms

• If the payment is through a L/C, have to coordinate with Admin or finance department from the opening stage till the realization stage

• Submission of Invoices to the clients

• Handling the warranty / quality issues, if needed

• Coordinating on the periodical lab test of oil samples

• Making of daily / weekly reports to the Manager - Lubricants Department / GM - IED

• Organizing periodical technical seminars in coordination with the principals

• Creating customer data base, daily activity report through CRM.

• Always to follow the ethics, rules & policies of the company

• Always to follow, during duty time, executive dress codes.
