- Follow up on the collection of money by means of recurrent phone calls or meetings.

- Track the financial progress of all project's and client's balances.

- Check and send invoices

- Handle Return and Delivery Note

- Prepare Payments of suppliers

- Enforce procedures to control costs

- Audit the company's petty cash

- Data entry on visual dolphin, accounting software

- Prepare financial statements



Invoices and payments are delivered by the company's driver.
