The Role:
As a Supervisor Operations Services, you will supervise different functions within the division to achieve business goals and objectives.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain internal systems to ensure quality and continuity of standards including the delivery of internal and external service level agreements.- Report and investigate key financial information for the operations team- Develop systems, processes and financial reports for the Operations team to drive business profitability- Collect information to identify and optimize performances- Act as a link between the Operations Teams and the Head office- Liaise with the functional departments
Qualifications & Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have/be:
- At least 1 year of cross functional team participation- 1 to 2 years' of project management experience- 2 to 3 years' experience as Store Manager level is preferable- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Computer literate.
