The Technical Lead will be responsible for the planning and development of (enterprise level) desktop, web-based and mobile applications. In this role the Technical Lead will help to build two strong software development teams and define the technology roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have strong appreciation for modern technologies and work methodologies. We are a fast-paced, hard-working group that needs someone who is enthusiastic, upbeat and works well with tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who can find the best solutions and think ‘out of the box’.
The Technical Lead must have experience in agile working environments and have the ability to build close-nit teams.
We are looking for a result-driven software specialist who will be working as: 1) Development Team Lead; 2) Software architect;and 3) Full-stack developer.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Establish a motivated, energetic and supportive team of developers
- Design and make architecture for our enterprise applications
- Lead and manage the development team to develop, deliver and maintain our software products in a timely manner
- Develop high quality & high performance & highly scalable applications
- Provide most suitable technical solutions to fit in company's business goal
- Set up coding standards, implement good development practices and ensure high quality of the design & code of the applications
