… We have an immediate opening for a Training Manager to lead training initiatives and create, implement and manage training programs across all of our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and outline the training strategy and objectives
• Build an overall budget, defining areas of focus and partners
• Create and sustain an environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performers through effective coaching and career development
• Work with senior management and line managers to identify training needs and trends within the business
• Plan and design a training curriculum, materials and programs to meet the specific training needs of the company
• Create and manage a reservoir for training including training manuals, multimedia visual aids and other relevant information
• Plan, create and implement an ongoing corporate training program which includes regular coaching, classroom training, e-learning and on-the-job training
• Develop testing and evaluation procedures to review learning progress and course/ program effectiveness
• Liaise with HR, Marketing, Technology and other departments to ensure smooth running of the training sessions
