Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Purpose



• Responsible for maintaining marketing strategies to meet company’s objectives.

• Responsible for effective planning, coordinating and organizing to attain desirable company is marketing objectives.

• Evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implementing marketing plan changes as needed.

• Overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.





Key Responsibilities



• Prepares and executes marketing plans; leads sales team to achieve sales targets and increase the number of customers.

• Creates pipeline for the sales team, to achieve the given sales target.

• Monitors sales performance.

• Builds a strong relationship with the key customers and new clients to ensure customer’s satisfaction.

• Accepts tender’s bids and invitation for proposals from potential clients; coordinates and monitors the bid until finalization.

• Follows up on developments in competitors’ new services (products, prices, etc.) ensure that information on the market and competitors are continuously generated.

• Develops and implements effective marketing & sales information reporting systems.

• Trains coach and motivates the sales staff.

• Participate in the development of new project proposals.

• Represent the company at various community and / or business meetings to promote the company.

• Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
