We are looking for a smart innovative Customer Experience Manager for the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you’ll be the person responsible for customer service both on and off line. To you - Customer Care is more than just sending a newsletter? Do you love to shop online? We are looking for the right person who is passionate and committed to guiding our customers on their LUSH journey through to online purchase. We provide an amazing personal service that takes care and provides the freshest product to our customers?

What is my role in this fresh and ethical company?

• Be responsible for planning, organising, co-ordinating, managing and contributing to all social media channels.

• Loving the customers! Have regular communication with our customers in all forms of media (print, email, social media).

• Coordination of newsletters to our customers working alongside the Brand Communication team.

• Maintaining the VIP database.

• Ensure customers’ orders are packed with love and fulfilled quickly.

• Negotiate competitive shipping rates.

• Training and developing a customer care team to provide service in both Arabic and English.



Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in customer service with a retail or online business.

• Confident communicator and be able to influence through best practice.

• Experience of building an audience through digital channels.

• Understanding and using creativity within our brand guidelines.

• Energetic and self motivated

• Exceptional written and verbal communication
