Customer Service Representative (Kuwaiti National Only) - Alghanim Industries

Job Purpose:

The Customer Service Representative will be in charge of customer satisfaction and resolving all customer issues



Key Accountabilities:

• Resolve each customer complaint within the set time limit

• Escalate unresolved customer complaints to the appropriate entity on time

• Negotiate with customers and discuss multiple solutions instead of settling for returns / refund

• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and other related metrics

• Provide feedback on product quality to the supply chain team

• Highlight recurrent installation and quality control issues to the management

• Provide weekly reports to the management on complaints and resolutions

• Coordinate with sales, installation, back office, CRM and other functions within and outside Accessories business
