Customer Support agent Arabic speaking - Platinumlist.ae

An online ticketing company requires an experienced customer support agent.



Great communication skills are a must.



Your duties:



- Phone support



- Online chat support



- Monitoring of the support ticketing system



Must speak : Arabic, English

References and Prior experience is an advantage.



Basic knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop is a must.



Office location Tecom / Close to Internet City Metro



Working hours

Sunday - Friday (6 days a week) 10-6pm
