To support the Technical Coordinator and Community Facilitator in assessing the feasibility of potential DEWATS construction sites, especially by performing pre-feasibility studies inclusive levelling and waste water sampling.
Design
To support the Technical Coordinator in calculating costs for construction,
drawing of flow diagrams, and calculating and creating detailed engineering
designs for DEWATS. Construction and Supervision
To perform independently the supervision of construction including the creation and monitoring of construction time schedules and work progress, tracking of time needed for construction (time schedule realization), approving
of construction phases, as well as overseeing both purchase and logistic of construction material.
Commissioning
To support the Technical Coordinator in commissioning and start-up of newly
constructed DEWATS. Monitoring and Evaluation.
To support the Technical Coordinator in post-construction monitoring inclusive waste water sampling.
Communication, Reporting and Documentation.
To communicate construction related matters between different stakeholders at the project site.
To prepare development progress reports.
To coordinate with the Technical Coordinator during construction

Forms including verifiable collected data according to BORDA’s Quality Management System (QMS)
Construction Supervision Reports to Technical Coordinator
