•Provision of counselling and advice to programme targets throughout Zaatari camp. Referral of cases requiring in-court work to partners and locally contracted private lawyers.
•Provision of trainings to NRC staff, targets and relevant partners on legal and regulatory matters. Development of training materials for use in such sessions.
•Coordination of external partner relationships with local organisations, privately contracted lawyers and legal partners.
•Oversight of legal information and counselling activities undertaken with local partner organisations.
•Regularly meet with partners to review case progress and evaluate quality and appropriateness of legal services provided.
•Ensure partner organisations fully comply with agreed case management and client handling procedures.
