Develop and successfully execute short and long-term sales growth strategies and align the organizational structure and people to these strategies
Closely monitor all sales and trade marketing functions and activities to ensure that costs are optimized with periodic variance analysis to budget and corrective actions in order to maximize returns
Responsible for annual business and HR planning and its implementation, in close coordination with Divisional Marketing and HR Staff
Set and achieve key performance targets for: gross sales, trade fund spending, consumer promotions, customer / channel / regional contribution, selling cost, and general and administration expenses to deliver top and bottom line targets
Manage all sales & trade marketing related activities by strictly monitoring sales targets achievement and ensure with logistics accurate delivery of products in all sales channels
Ensure timely collection of receivables through adherence to approved sales, credit policies and FCA
Build and maintain effective communication channels between sales management and supply chain, division marketing to ensure smooth execution of business plans and strategies through periodical reviews and reports
Develop sales & marketing infrastructure and organization of the team to ensure constant renewal of skills and resources in line with business needs and market
Coordinate with Away-From-Home divisional unit to develop growth strategies in Key Accounts, local and export markets; align and guide the sales team through the implementation of those strategies
