1. Standardize processes for all work stations

2. Outline proposed production improvements including but not limited to change in material flow, workshop arrangement, station instructions, resource allocation, machinery utilization

3. Work with staff to implement process improvement recommendations

4. Evaluate and revise changes as necessary

5. Implement an improved efficiency measurement system to capture labor efficiency, material yields, and rejects/rework

6. Outline and implement a process improvement framework

7. Work with Operations Manager to ensure production goals are met and on schedule
