Follow up the distribution day by day
Ensure that all the distribution supervisor are dispatching the customers well
Follow up customer complains
Prepare daily sales Report
Prepare weekly reports reflect the routes analyses
Prepare Monthly commission for distribution staff
Follow up with logistics team at factory until they deliver all the direct shipment
performs other tasks & duties assigned by his direct supervisor
Supervise team, provide guidance & direction & manage staff development, training & performance
Responsible to ensure department productivity by providing measurable targets
