SALES CONSULTANT – RETAIL

• Greet customers in the showroom and takes them through the buying process supported by established selling steps, selling policies and procedures.

• Explains vehicle features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom via test drive.

• To coordinate and maintain the display of vehicles as well as catalogues/brochures in the showroom.

• Assisting the Sales team in planning and organizing the showroom display of vehicles, catalogues and brochures.

• Attending weekly/monthly meetings with Sales team.

• Working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed set objectives.

• Attending road shows, events and exhibitions as requested.

• Analyzing the existing market trends and influence, and reacting accordingly with creative ideas.

• Participating in sales services, meetings and training programs.

• Promote test drive program of new vehicles to loyal & new customers.

• Identifying and developing new business relationships.

• Participating in weekly/monthly/yearly activities to ensure their effectiveness.

• Monitoring on a regular basis competitor's activities to update one on the existing market trends.

• Creating awareness in the market for Company's products by distributing flyers/brochures, etc.

• Visits potential target companies/customers and demonstrates product professionally and expand sales.
