1. Consistently deliver sales objectives and results against annual budget and monthly forecasts.
2. Develop growth strategies, budgets and monthly forecasts; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products in multiple territories.
3. Build, develop and manage a motivated and effective sales team.
4. Develop and manage long-term win-win relationships with distributors, consultants, clients and key stakeholders.
5. Continuously develop technical knowledge and soft skills by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
