SAP Practice Lead - Elm Information Security

Job Purpose:



To contribute in Planning and Developing the SAP Practice within the organization which includes but not limited to SAP Project Management & Delivery. Ensure that Organizational goals and Business Requirements are met during project execution and delivery, leading to Organization Objectives.



As a SAP Practice Lead You must be a strategic thinker; capable of promoting a positive work environment, while executing as part of a cross-business team.



Operating Environment



The company has two operating environment one of them located at elm premises and other at National Information center a governmental organization. The purpose of Information Technology Operations is to Administer, Monitor and maintain both the environments and ensure the availability of service as per the SLA's. The SAP Practice Lead role will support business objectives by ensuring a stable, highly available computing environment in support of day to day SAP Project Execution and Deliver activities.





Communication & Working Relationships:



This role requires continual involvement with Internal System Team Lead, other SAP Consultants & Direct Manager. The jobholder has to be able to understand the inputs and procedures coming from Direct Manager. He should be able to professionally deal with internal customers and other team members.





Framework, Boundaries & Decision Making:



The jobholder works within the guidelines set by Direct Manager. His work will be regularly reviewed by his Direct Manager. He is expected to exercise considerable flair and creative in Designing, Planning and implementation of SAP related services.
