Senior Recruitment Specialist - Reach Group

Provide informal professional and technical guidance to Specialists and review their work for accuracy/quality as required;

Assist the Team Leader and Section Head (as required) in developing the manpower plan and associated budgets while ensuring compliance with overall Sector guidelines;

Assist (as required) in conducting job analysis and developing/ reviewing (as required) job descriptions to facilitate the recruitment and retention of a qualified workforce;

Work with the various Divisions regarding their recruiting, initiate recruitment procedures according to approved manpower plan and budgets and implement the training and orientation programs for new hires;

Maintain relationships with newspaper, recruitment, search and advertising agencies to advertise vacancies and coordinate with them for sourcing of potential candidates;

Maintain a database of various recruitment sources (job portal companies, recruitment agencies, universities, etc);

Implement ERP to automate processes, set resources and optimize different recruitment related HR processes to meet core business needs;

Screen CVs in compliance with validated job descriptions as per HR Policy & Procedures;

Arrange interviews with candidates and job owners;

Ensure compliance in initiating and conducting background checks, and completion of new hire paperwork; coordinate with the General Services Division to ensure that visas, employment contracts and travel related formalities of the new recruits are processed in a timely manner;

Ensure completion of all paperwork to fulfill joining formalities.
