We are a multi-disciplinary healthcare consultant, out of the UK with operational branch in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Company offers total solutions for the healthcare projects within the Middle East region. Over the last two decades, we had built sound relationships with selected clients and had been successful in delivering healthcare projects ranging from primary clinics, community hospitals, general and teaching hospitals, specialized medical centers, through to complete medical complexes and cities. The Company services ranges from programming, planning, full architectural and engineering designs, biomedical engineering to construction administration and project management.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation of technical specifications for architectural and engineering works.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Performing technical reviews on the content of the specifications versus the design drawings.
• Understanding the construction industry and possessing intimate knowledge of the latest industry materials and their uses.
• Ability to prepare specifications for new materials, and update old specifications as well.
• Ability to utilize international formats such as CSI formats.
