We are looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our Food Division. Within this role you will work to maintain the excellent standards within our Brands and support in enhancing our current quality processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in implementing food safety and hygiene programmes- Issuing KPI reports for store and vendor audits- Provide training to stores in a number of areas including HACCP compliance- Provide regular reporting on emerging quality trends
To apply for this role you must have:
- Knowledge of HACCP (essential)- BSc degree in Food Science / Nutrition / Food Microbiology combined with 2 years' QA or related industrial food experience.
OR
- MSc in Food Science / Food microbiology with 1 year experience in QA or related industrial food experience.
