Job Location: Inside Egypt, may be relocated outside Egypt within the MENA region.• Receives and study drawings, contracts and project BOQ.• Survey quantities through the shop drawings and the site work.• Prepare tender and contract documents including BOQ.• Prepare estimates and costs of the work.• Undertake costs analysis for repair and maintenance of project work.• Minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.• Prepare and analyze costing for tenders.• Perform risk and value management and cost control.• Calculates the quantities from drawings and submit to all concerned departments.
