Customer Care Representative - NASSER BIN KHALED

1- Resolves product or service problem by clarifying the customer's complaint determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.



2- Respond to customer correspondence in appropriate manner.



3- Accurately enter order information, including updating of customer accounts, telephone and contact numbers.



4- Promote sales by explaining available services.



5- Use provided training materials and job tools to quickly and accurately resolve customer issues.

8- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.



9- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.



10- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
