We are looking for a “CRM Expert” to join our team based in Brussels

Description

• Responsible for the technical development of a leading loyalty initiative. Within your role you will follow-up on the day to day performance of the program and identify technical bugs of which you will coordinate the solution implementation with the involved developers at client side.

• Coordinate the program evolution by translating business requirements into technical briefings and follow-up from concept to release (including testing).

• Manage the data and CRM department ensuring good quality in terms of reporting and campaign analysis.

• Be the key point of contact for all CRM oriented work across different clients and business departments.

Your profile

Qualifications & Competencies

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience with data manipulation, reporting, IT project management and converting business process into IT requirements.

• You’re well organized, pro-active and have an eye for detail. In order to minimize the risk of error you’re constantly challenging your work as well as the work of the members in your team.

• You have a feeling for figures and tables and have an analytical mind. Excellent knowledge of Access and Excel is a must; good knowledge of SQL is needed.

• Our preferred candidate is client and solution oriented with good planning skills and has the ability to set priorities in his/her workload. Anticipating to different deadlines is therefore not an issue.

• You know how to communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
