Customer Service Agent - Saudi Female

- The job will be at an e-commerce company based in Jeddah and the customer service agent will answer phone calls and respond to online orders



- Chat with customers online, answer general customer inquiries and requests using email.



- Follow up with shipping companies, help with preparing orders.
