As a member of the Logistics Department, the executive customer service is responsible for the completefollow-up of the market orders in terms of service levels, issue the necessary adjustments, & liaising with thewarehouse to improve the lead-time, reactivity & the quality of the serviceWill also be the warehouse and inbound operations liaison between the logistics of the company and theoutsourced warehouse team in terms of lead-time & customer service
