Maintenance Manager will supervise maintenance staff and maintain all common / technical / production areas of our restaurants, commissaries and logistics.The main functions of the position include:
• Give direction to others including maintenance technicians• Schedule & Perform preventive maintenance • Prepare schedule for maintenance staff• Follow-up on opening new stores (installation of all M&E)• Schedule maintenance contracts to all equipment• Have a managerial / technical skill
