Summary:
Look after long term lease and spot rental prospective of buses of corporate and individual clients, / maintain existing customers fleet inquiries / increase existing client business opportunities by getting new inquiries, and advise on new potential clients with new business inquiries in order to be able to grow by fleet number and sales revenue. Look after rental, damage and fines invoicing as well as collection, report weekly and monthly prospective quote submission as per Management overview and look after contracts approvals and procedures as per the system.
Responsibilities :
1. To sell the company’s products and services to all potential and exiting customers in order to achieve or exceed agreed personal and branch/outlet targets.
2. To be commercially aware and recognize and report on prospective business opportunities and competitor
3. Handle all communication enquiries in a polite and helpful manner, adhering to the company’s communication techniques.
4. To provide a high level of customer service in all customer contact situations, recognizing customer service standards and empowerment to deliver total customer satisfaction.
5. To evaluate customer’s needs and determine how the company can meet those needs.
6. Responsible for security of vehicle, cash, premises and customer safety.
7. To devote him/herself to ensuring and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
8. To ensure that all cars are maintained at the best standards at all times.
9. To update their knowledge about all cars in their fleet
10. Report to Sales and Commercial Manager regarding objectives, planned activities and analysis.
